Angelica Pagan was born and raised in Peru. She is an experienced paralegal who focuses on complex litigation matters before the Immigration Court and USCIS, including difficult VAWA cases. As an immigrant who herself obtained lawful status in the United States, Angelica has first-hand knowledge and understands the fears and struggles of the clients. Her background also includes criminal law and family law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies at Nova Southeastern University. Angelica is fluent in Spanish and English.
Enrique Del Valle, Paralegal
Enrique Del Valle is a paralegal with nineteen years of experience in immigration law. As an immigrant himself, Enrique wants to help others obtain the American dream by guiding them through the process of becoming lawful permanent residents and US citizens. He specializes in consular processing, as well as family-based and employment cases. He has also completed studies in telecommunications engineering. Enrique is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jennifer Christman, Legal Assistant and Accounting
Jennifer Christman was born and raised in Colombia. Jennifer came to the United States 3 years ago. Although the change was abrupt and difficult, time helped her make this country her home. Recognizing clearly the value of the famous “American Dream,” she decided to pursue a career that would assist immigrants like her. She joined the Osberg-Braun & Ruiz team in August 2017. She loves her job and is proud to be part of an immigration firm where the main goal is to work closely with clients for the success of each case.
Mike Braun, In-House Investigator
Mike Braun is the principal investigator for Osberg-Braun & Ruiz Immigration. He handles complex cases and investigative matters across a broad spectrum of civil and criminal activities, which demand extensive problem solving and multilingual capabilities. He has twenty years of experience in both domestic and international cases with notable success. He has worked on civil and criminal private investigations for defense and prosecution, as well as investigations for state and federal government cases. For eight years he served as an investigator with the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and earlier with the Dade County Public Defender’s Office. He was also an in-house investigator for the law firm of Ferrell Schultz. Additionally, he has traveled abroad to conduct investigations in countries mired in conflict and rampant with criminal activity.
